Thank you for choosing WorldyGo for your travel needs. We are committed to ensuring your trip is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Before you embark on your journey, please take a moment to review the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Contract

By booking a tour with WorldyGo, you enter into a contractual agreement with us. Your trust in our services is paramount, and we treat all information exchanged with confidentiality. While we aim to assist you with any external claims or disputes, we cannot be held responsible for issues arising from your actions. Any modifications to these terms must be approved by the director of WorldyGo.

2. Booking

Your booking with WorldyGo is confirmed upon payment of the agreed amount, essential for entering the contract. We advise reviewing all details of your selected tour package and seeking clarification if needed. Bookings can be made conveniently through our website or specified banking channels. To confirm your booking , payment schedules as detailed below or as agreed in writing at the time booking of the tour need to be followed.

Booking 21days prior to travel date : 50% of total tour cost and balance 50% 10 days prior to travel date.

Bookings less than 21 days from the date of  travel : 100% of tour cost

3. Payment

To initiate tour arrangements, clients must make the required deposit or full payment as per the agreement. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking. All payments should be directed ONLY to our specified bank account should not be made to any other accounts or UPI numbers.

4. Modification or Change in Booking

Changes to your booking may be accommodated under specific conditions and subject to availability. Requests for modifications must be communicated officially and may incur additional costs.

5. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation of bookings is permissible under certain circumstances, with applicable charges as outlined in our terms. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the necessary documentation.

Any cancellation before 21 days from the date of travel : 50% of the tour cost will be forfeited .

Any cancellation after 21 days but 10 days before the date of travel : 50% of the tour cost , if full payment has been made

Any cancellation 10 or less from the date of travel : Nil

will be governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of courts at Coimbatore.

​Refunds, as per the tour cancellation terms, will be processed upon receipt of the Refund Invoice from the Company or Individual Customer, including banking details. Refunds are processed through our bank on the next banking working day and may take up to 21 to 45 working days due to bank processing times. We strive to expedite the process as much as possible within the bank’s discretion.

6. Our Responsibility

While we arrange holiday aspects meticulously, our liability extends to our employees, agents, and vendors’ activities during your tour. We do not own or manage the facilities used in our tours and disclaim responsibility for incidents beyond our control. Any dispute will be under the jurisdiction of the Coimbatore courts only.

7. Traveler Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for adhering to travel destination laws and regulations, arranging travel insurance, and possessing necessary documentation. Proper conduct is expected throughout the tour, with breach potentially resulting in termination of the holiday.

8. Insurance and Claims

India In Bound Travel: WorldyGo disclaims liability for claims arising from uncontrollable causes. While we endeavor to assist, compensation cannot be guaranteed for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

These conditions are applicable only for the clients who booked tour arrangements with our company. It is understood and accepted by you that once you book your tickets with us and made any payment, it means that you have gone through and accepted our terms and conditions fully. All references in these conditions such as “booking”, “tour” or “arrangements” are related to the tour arrangements in total and not intend to specify anything in particular.
