Cancellation of bookings is permissible under certain unavoidable circumstances, subject to specific terms and conditions. While we empathize with your need to cancel, it’s essential to acknowledge the constraints we face in accommodating such requests. Notification of cancellation must be provided through letter or email within the stipulated timeframe. Depending on the situation, cancellation charges may apply, and it’s crucial to note that refunds are not provided after this period.
Clients are entitled to cancel their holiday at any time by notifying the Company in writing. The following cancellation charges apply.
No cancellation charge if the tour is canceled 45 days prior to the arrival date.
Refunds, as per the tour cancellation terms, will be processed upon receipt of the Refund Invoice from the Company or Individual Customer, including banking details. Refunds are processed through our bank on the next banking working day and may take up to 21 to 45 working days due to bank processing times. We strive to expedite the process as much as possible within the bank’s discretion.
