These terms explain how WorldyGo handles bookings, itinerary planning, third-party services, and traveler responsibilities.
Welcome to WorldyGo Originators Private Limited ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). We are a tour and travel operator based in India providing domestic leisure tours, international leisure tours, business tours, trade fair and exhibition tours, MICE travel and related travel services.
By making an enquiry, booking a tour, making a payment or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
WorldyGo Originators Private Limited provides travel-related services that may include:

The exact services provided will depend on the itinerary, quotation, and booking confirmation issued to the customer.
A booking will be considered confirmed only after:
The required booking information has been provided by the customer;
The applicable advance or full payment has been received; and
Written confirmation has been issued by WorldyGo Originators Private Limited.
A quotation or itinerary shared before confirmation does not constitute a guaranteed booking.
Availability of flights, hotels, transportation, attractions, events and other travel services may change until the booking is confirmed.
All quotations are based on the information and availability applicable at the time of quotation.
Prices may change before confirmation due to:
Flight fare changes
Hotel availability
Currency exchange fluctuations
Government taxes or fees
Fuel surcharges
Supplier price revisions
Visa or immigration fees
Changes in the number of travelers
Changes requested by the customer
The final price will be confirmed before booking.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, optional services and personal expenses are not included in the quoted package price.
The customer must make payments according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.
Depending on the package, payment may be required as:
An initial booking advance
One or more instalments
Full payment before departure
Bookings involving flights, hotels, visas, exhibitions or other time-sensitive services may require earlier or full payment.
Failure to make payment within the agreed time may result in cancellation or loss of availability.
Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway charges or other transaction-related charges may be payable by the customer where communicated in advance.
Applicable taxes, including GST or other statutory charges, will be communicated as applicable to the services provided.
Government fees, visa fees, airport charges, tourism taxes, local taxes and other mandatory charges may be included or excluded depending on the quotation.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the quotation and invoice to understand the applicable taxes and charges.
Flight bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline.
WorldyGo Originators Private Limited does not control:
Flight schedules
Delays
Cancellations
Route changes
Baggage policies
Seat allocation
Airline operational decisions
In case of flight delays, cancellations or schedule changes, we will provide reasonable assistance in coordinating available alternatives, subject to airline policies.
Any additional fare, cancellation fee, change fee or other charges imposed by the airline may be payable by the customer.
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and confirmation.
Hotel photographs, descriptions, facilities, and star classifications may be based on information provided by the hotel or supplier.
Hotels may change certain facilities, services, operating hours, or policies without prior notice.
Room allocation, early check-in, late check-out, adjoining rooms, specific views and special requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
Any hotel deposit, minibar charge, room service, damage charge or other personal expense is payable directly by the customer unless specifically included in the package.
For domestic tours within India, transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, meals and activities will be provided according to the confirmed itinerary.
Travel times and sightseeing schedules may change due to:
Traffic
Weather
Road conditions
Local events
Government restrictions
Natural circumstances
Operational requirements
Reasonable itinerary adjustments may be made where necessary to ensure practical operation of the tour.
International tours are subject to the laws, immigration requirements, entry regulations, and travel conditions of the destination country.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have:
A valid passport
Required visas
Required travel permits or authorizations
Appropriate travel documents
Valid tickets and travel confirmations
Any destination-specific documents required for entry
Entry into a foreign country is ultimately determined by the relevant immigration and border authorities.
A valid visa does not necessarily guarantee entry into a country.
Where visa assistance is offered, WorldyGo Originators Private Limited may assist customers with:
Document checklists
Application guidance
Appointment coordination
Submission assistance, where applicable
General visa-related information
However, visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government department.
We do not guarantee visa approval.
Visa fees, appointment fees, service fees, and other charges may be non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority or service provider.
Customers are responsible for providing genuine, accurate, and complete information and documentation.
Customers must provide accurate information including:
Full name as per passport/official document
Date of birth
Passport details
Contact details
Nationality
Travel dates
Other information required for booking or visa processing
Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of all information before tickets, visas and other documents are issued.
Additional costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer may be payable by the customer.
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance for domestic and international travel.
Where travel insurance is purchased through us, coverage will be subject to the terms, exclusions and conditions of the relevant insurance provider.
WorldyGo Originators Private Limited is not the insurer and does not independently determine insurance claims or reimbursements.
Customers should carefully review their policy before travelling.
Business tours may include trade fairs, exhibitions, expos, conferences, industrial visits, supplier meetings, and other business-related activities.
Event dates, venues, exhibitors, speakers, and schedules are controlled by the respective event organizer and may change without notice.
WorldyGo Originators Private Limited does not guarantee:
Admission to a particular event unless confirmed
Meetings with specific companies
Supplier appointments
Business deals
Commercial opportunities
Orders or contracts
Successful business outcomes
Where business meetings or factory visits are requested, arrangements are subject to confirmation and availability of the relevant organization.
Where trade fair registration assistance is provided, registration will be subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of the respective event organizer.
Any registration fee, badge fee, or other event-related charges will be communicated to the customer.
Event organizers may change registration requirements or access conditions.
Factory, manufacturing unit, and industrial visits are subject to approval by the respective organization.
The organization may impose requirements relating to:
Identification
Safety
Dress code
Photography
Confidentiality
Visitor numbers
Security
Access restrictions
WorldyGo Originators Private Limited cannot guarantee access to a particular facility until written confirmation is received.
Corporate and MICE programs may include meetings, conferences, exhibitions, incentive travel, team activities, accommodation, transportation and event-related arrangements.
The scope of each corporate program will be based on the approved proposal, quotation and confirmation.
Changes to participant numbers, venue, dates, accommodation or event requirements may result in revised pricing.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation charges will depend on:
Date of cancellation
Airline cancellation rules
Hotel cancellation rules
Visa fees
Event registration fees
Transportation supplier policies
Activity provider policies
Other supplier terms
The applicable cancellation and refund conditions will be communicated at the time of booking wherever reasonably possible.
Some services may be non-refundable once booked or issued.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed after the relevant suppliers have confirmed the refundable amount.
Refunds may take time depending on airlines, hotels, visa authorities, event organizers, payment gateways, and other suppliers.
Any non-refundable supplier charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Where applicable, refunds will be made through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
In exceptional circumstances, WorldyGo Originators Private Limited may need to modify an itinerary due to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather
Government restrictions
Political or civil disturbances
Strikes
Airline or supplier cancellations
Operational issues
Safety concerns
Other circumstances beyond reasonable control
Where possible, we will offer reasonable alternatives.
Any additional costs arising from customer-requested alternatives or supplier-imposed changes may be payable by the customer.
The Company shall not be considered responsible for failure or delay in providing services where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
Natural disasters
Floods
Earthquakes
Cyclones
Pandemics or epidemics
War
Terrorism
Civil unrest
Strikes
Government restrictions
Border closures
Airline disruptions
Transportation disruptions
Severe weather
Other unforeseen events
The Company will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with available alternatives.
The itinerary provided at the time of booking represents the planned travel arrangements.
Minor changes may be required because of operational, weather, transportation, or local conditions.
Where a significant change becomes necessary, the Company will communicate the change and, where reasonably possible, provide an alternative arrangement.
Customers are expected to:
Follow the itinerary and travel instructions
Carry valid travel documents
Follow airline, hotel and transportation rules
Follow local laws and regulations
Respect local customs and cultural practices
Arrive at designated departure points on time
Follow safety instructions
Provide accurate information
Take care of personal belongings
Customers may be responsible for additional costs arising from failure to follow these requirements.
Customers are responsible for their passports, money, electronic devices, luggage, jewellery, documents, and other personal belongings.
WorldyGo Originators Private Limited is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless such liability is established under applicable law.
Customers are advised to maintain appropriate travel insurance.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are medically and physically fit to participate in the selected travel activities.
Certain activities may have age, health, fitness, or safety requirements.
Customers should inform us of relevant travel requirements that may reasonably affect arrangements, while avoiding unnecessary disclosure of sensitive personal information.
Adventure activities, water sports, trekking, wildlife activities, and other experiences may involve inherent risks.
Such activities are subject to the safety rules and conditions of the respective service provider.
Customers must follow all safety instructions and requirements.
Certain activities may require separate waivers, medical declarations, or eligibility requirements.
Customers may request:

Transportation preferences
Special requests will be communicated to the relevant supplier but cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that all required documentation is available.
In the unlikely event of an obvious pricing or information error caused by a technical, human or system error, WorldyGo Originators Private Limited reserves the right to correct the error.
Where a booking has already been confirmed at an incorrect price, we will communicate the issue and provide the available options, subject to applicable law.

However, we are not responsible for losses, delays, cancellations or disruptions caused directly by third-party service providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current.
However, destination information, prices, hotel facilities, travel schedules, event details and other information may change.
Website content should not be treated as a guarantee of availability or a contractual commitment unless specifically included in a confirmed booking.
Images displayed on our website may be used for illustrative purposes.
Actual hotels, rooms, vehicles, attractions, landscapes and other services may differ from photographs shown on the website.
Customer information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from the services provided by WorldyGo Originators Private Limited shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
WorldyGo Originators Private Limited reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be published on this website with the revised "Last Updated" date.
The Terms applicable to a confirmed booking will generally be those communicated or accepted at the time of booking, subject to changes required by law or applicable supplier conditions.
By submitting an enquiry, making a booking, making a payment or using our services, the customer confirms that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by the applicable terms.
